Cap, gown, and V-stole will be provided for you. A prop diploma and year numbers will be available to use.
If you would like additional portraits without the cap and gown, please select that add-on in the booking options.
Full payment and a signed booking agreement are required to secure your spot. After you submit your booking request, an agreement and invoice will be sent to you.
You will select your images on-site at your session, and purchase additional images at this time. Edited digital images and loose prints up to an 8x10 size will be available within one week.
Please plan to arrive ten minutes early to give yourself time to prepare.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policies
- You may reschedule your booking without penalty, up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. The rescheduling notice must be made in writing, and confirmed in writing. Please call directly as well to alert the Photographer of the change if you do not receive a reply within one hour. Rescheduling dates and times are subject to the photographer's availability on May 16/17 or June 6/7.
- Your session may be rescheduled a maximum of once only, within the above guidelines.
- Additional rescheduling requests will incur a fee equal to half of the booking fee.
- Reschedule requests within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will forfeit the full booking fee.
- Due to the nature of the booking, it is acknowledged that rescheduling for a date other than May 16/17 or June 6/7 will require transferring the booking fees to a full session booking, or will require renting an indoor space, and will incur additional costs to the Client.
- Your session booking allows for a maximum of 25 minutes including image selection. If you arrive late to your session, your session time will be reduced and the selection of available images will be smaller.
- No-shows will forfeit their full booking fee.
